• Skills NOT Facts: Our children learn to think, to analyze, to solve problems, to put off reward, to collaborate and to innovate. They learn by doing, and find their own answers.
• Whole Family Nurturing: Parents are their children’s most important teachers. Phase3 welcomes Parents as full partners in their children’s education and gives them the tools they need to foster learning at home.
• Complete Teachers: We employ Master Teachers that shine in the classroom and who also understand and nurture the relationships that establish the optimal educational triangle of child, school and home.
• Networked Community: We attract families that care deeply about their children’s education. We connect these families with each other to create a powerful support network for our children and each other.

• Intellect: Our rigorous Montessori+ program continuously challenges students to improve, teaches them to use their autonomy responsibly, and provides a safe community where it is OK to fail.
