Our Staff

Phase3 administrators have extensive experience and training in the management of lean and efficient schools. This background, together with the use of advanced school management technology, allows Phase3 to effectively support its families, students and staff, while maximizing the resources available to its classrooms.

Our adminstrative team also understand the value of connecting with students and families, and will work to maintain positive ongoing relationships with parents.

The Phase3 Pre-School/Kindergarten program, also known as Primary, includes children from the ages of 2 ½ – 6 years. In addition to an authentic Montessori environment, children will also benefit from full language immersion. Our highly qualified AMI trained teachers are all native Spanish speakers.

Children aged 6 – 12 will benefit from an unsurpassed implementation of the Montessori Elementary curriculum augmented with STEAM and partial language immersion (Montessori+) delivered by Master Teachers.

The Phase3 Athletic program helps children to gain proficiency and confidence in their physical ability. Our skilled coaches (including Silvina Giannone and Ignacio Fernández) have decades of experience in bringing the best out of their students, whether natural athletes or not.
